Complaints & Appeals

As a regulator, part of our job is to look at when things go wrong with exams or assessments. However, we are the last resort for appeals. You first need to follow the appeals process of the exam board or awarding organisation responsible for your qualification. Find out more information about complaints and appeals in this section.

In some cases you may be unhappy with the service you have received from us. If this is the case, we are sorry and would like to hear from you – please see the complaints section on the left.

There are different appeal routes depending on whether you are appealing the results of a vocational qualification or the results of a GCSE, A level or Diploma. See the boxes below for more details.
