Glenys StaceyThank you for your interest in working at Ofqual. The focus of our work is on making sure qualifications and assessment arrangements, both academic and vocational, are of the right standard. We are working in a time of significant change for qualifications. Our success depends upon having the right people in place with the expertise to regulate and to implement changes without undue risk to standards or delivery.

This is a very challenging yet exciting time. We are reshaping Ofqual and growing its organisational capability so that it is well placed to meet its strategic objectives. There will be many more changes over the coming year particularly in the way we work and engage with our stakeholders and with each other.

Change produces opportunities. Over the next six months or so there will be opportunities for new jobs across all five of our directorates, namely: Regulation; Standards and Research; Risk and Markets; Policy and Engagement; and Corporate and Business Services.

We want people to work with us who not only have the right skills and experience but who will be committed to what we do, will share the civil service values and our values of Expertise, Consistency, Transparency, Integrity and Leadership, and who will embed equalities into the work they do and the way in which they work.

If you are interested then please read on. We look forward to receiving your application.
